On the brink of leaving her thirties, Laura London wasn’t thrilled with what was staring back at her in the mirror. Three children, age and gravity had done a job on her silhouette and fat was building as muscle faded.

Determined not face her 40s tired and frumpy, London decided to take back her body. She quit sugar, joined the gym, kept a journal of her goals and posted motivational pictures around the house (think skinny jeans taped to the fridge). Fast forward four years and not only is London smiling in the mirror, she’s a nationally ranked figure competitor, fitness model and personal trainer.
