Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking SAG or NON SAG Latino & Caucasian men, ages 25-50 with actual restaurant kitchen experience for the HBO mini-series MILDRED PIERCE. Specifically busboy & short order cook experience. This is a diner setting so no need for fancy French restaurant background experience. This is a period show set in the 1930s so you must be comfortable allowing production to give you a period appropriate haircut.
